1-on-1 Training

Our certified personal trainers and certified nutritionists work with you to create a personalized training plan. Our program is highly customizable and can be changed to meet your needs. See below for information on how you can schedule a free private session today.

Semi-Private Training

At StrongLife your safety is our top concern. We currently offer small group training sessions (2:1 or 3:1 ratios) with our wonderful community. Our gym is cleaned at regular intervals to ensure that we meet CDC guidelines during current world events.

At-Home Fitness

Your First Session is on Us

Find out more about our top of the line private gym with a free private 1-on-1 session, including a strength assessment and in-body scan. We’ll go over your goals and give you a comprehensive look at the programs and a tour of the gym.

1-On-1 Training

Our 1-On-1 training program focuses on your unique fitness needs. Our certified personal trainers and nutritionists are experienced with focusing on your individual coaching, and can work around your health and any past injuries to create a personalized program that meets your needs.

  • Payment plans are customized to your budget and can be changed to accommodate your needs as they change over time.
  • Our Certified Nutritionists offer Weekly Nutrition Coaching with meal-prep options that are customized to your goals.  All our meals are affordable and sustainable, so they won’t break the bank, or your taste-buds.
  • Track your progress with Monthly Body Composition Scans, utilizing our in-house InBody scanner.
  • Use the StrongLife App to schedule your sessions or have us schedule them for you. 100% customizable scheduling is always available, and rescheduling or canceling is always free.
  • We offer Before and After Progress pictures, and measurements with a personal accountability coach, so you always know your progress made toward your goals.
  • Mindset Training classes are available with our certified Life Coach.

Semi-Private Training

Small group training is great for those looking to get the most out of their fitness, while still having the social atmosphere of a public gym. Each of our certified trainers work with a maximum of 2 to 3 person groups to create an engaging exercise program that is fun and safe for all fitness levels.

AT-Home Fitness

Our online training and nutrition programs are more than just recorded videos. We meet with you face to face via Zoom to create customized meal plans, strength training programs, and coaching. Our mobile app keeps track of your progress as you grow and keeps you on pace for your personal fitness goals.
