Personal Training

Stronglife offers several training options for a bespoke strength training program based on your fitness level, training goals, personal schedule and the investment option that works best for you

Private Training- 1:1

Training sessions for those who have special considerations, physical limitations or injuries and need a specific focused approach to training or for more advanced modalities of training and highly specialized programs for clients with unique training needs and outcomes

Semi-Private Training

Personalized Small Group Training with client trainer ratios of 3-6:1 Training splits and workouts will still be programmed to each individual and customized to the client's fitness level, strength and personal goals. Every client program at Stronglife is optimized and focused on developing strength and stability, decreasing body fat percent and building lean muscle, increasing endurance and improving functional strength, mobility and flexibility. Age, fitness level, injuries and other conditions including mental health and trauma are all factors we consider in each individual's program regardless of the type and frequency of training.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching and Custom Nutrition Protocols

To optimize strength training and weightloss our on staff Certified Nutrition Coach works with each client on an individual basis to customize a whole foods meal plan that is both sustainable and relevant to the client's goals,training regimen and lifestyle. This will include a macro breakdown, specific nutrition education, recipes, and appropriate supplementation that is unique to you and supports your short and long term goals. Daily tracking in our nutrition app and weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls for personal connection and accountability are included in every strength training program.

InBody Scans

Body composition changes are measured on site every 8 to 10 weeks to help us track lean muscle gains, assess goals and adapt our training programs and workouts to make sure overall progress is trending in the right direction. Our Stronglife team is there every step of the way to support our client's overall strength and fitness goals. InBody devices use an advanced form of Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) that combines direct segmental measurements with multiple frequencies to precisely measure body composition. InBody does not use empirical estimations based on age, gender, ethnicity, athleticism, or body shape in our measured values, which allows the scan to provide more accurate results.

Hype Sessions

Our Stronglife team believes that personal connection and a relationship of trust is essential between trainers and their clients. Hype sessions allow for a goal review and individual accountability with our trainers at measured intervals throughout the program. This is also a way to celebrate successes and progress and make realistic and sustainable changes to habits and lifestyle that are resonant with the individual and allow for autonomy in personal compliance and realistic timeline.

Private Gym Membership

Stronglife offers private gym memberships for those clients who want the option of self directed workouts in a fully equipped, clean, safe, state of the art facility without the crowds and impersonal feel of a big box gym. Private memberships are limited and are subject to availability and certain restrictions.

Breathwork Classes

Breathwork is a set of techniques and practices that involve intentionally altering and manipulating the breathing process. It can improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being by regulating the flow of air through the body. Breathwork techniques can range from simple deep breathing exercises to more complex methods.
Breathwork Classes are a guided intentional practice facilitated by an experienced and certified breathwork practitioner and are usually accompanied by music, rhythmic pacing, sound and vibration, aromatherapy, Reiki, and grounding touch depending on the skill and practices of the guide.

Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress hormones. This can lower blood pressure and heart rate. Breathwork has been proven to improve sleep, increase lung function and lung capacity, and boost immunity.
Breathwork encourages mindfulness and self awareness.A regular breathwork practice helps process and release emotions, supporting emotional stability and resilience and reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Deep breathing provides the body with increased oxygen to boost energy levels and reduce pain and inflammation by releasing endorphins. Breathwork encourages mindfulness and self-awareness, allowing individuals to connect with their bodies and emotions more deeply through a deeply relaxed state of meditation achieved with the body in this somatic practice.
